Refund Policy

In the event an online webinar is missed, a link to a video can be provided by email.  Refunds for missed events are not available.  Please test your connection before the time of the event for online webinars to prevent technical difficulties.  For online downloads, every effort will be made to address technical difficulties but refunds are not available for downloaded content.  No refunds for in-person training or specimen/supplies purchased for in-person trainings.  Payment for a specimen is due at time of booking and is only refundable if we are unable to reschedule a training event.
